Since this place changed hands, it's really gone down hill, fast. Hats are overpriced, and staff are outright rude. It's a shame because this used to be a great place before the previous owner retire… Full review by passportsallineed

Get the old guys, stay away from the young dudes, trying to sell hard, first they lied about availability of the hat I wanted, which they had, found out later, spent $500 for a hat that was cut wrong… Full review by bobbyw380
