TROPICS UPDATE: Tropical Depression 14 formed in Gulf of Mexico
The National Weather Service has officially declared Invest 92-L as Tropical Depression Fourteen. It is a depression right now rather than a storm because the sustained winds are less than 39mph.

Once again we are watching for tropical development in the Gulf of Mexico by next week. All eyes on another disturbance taking shape in the SW Gulf and there is some potential for this system to develop into a Tropical Cyclone next week and make a move towards Florida.
