A man fatally shot himself on Wednesday in Worcester when he was approached by police on I-190, officials say.

Massachusetts police are attempting to unravel the chaotic case of a man who is believed to have shot and killed someone in Worcester before he walked onto I-190, pointed his gun at terrified drivers,

Authorities have identified two Worcester men who died Wednesday afternoon, one shot at a home, another who took his own life on a highway. Yubar Perez, 40, was fatally shot, while Felix Rivera, 41, shot himself after he fired at a state trooper,

Yubar Perez, 40, is the victim of the shooting on Heroult Road, according to police. Felix Rivera, 41, has been identified as the suspect/gunman who killed Perez and who took his own life on I-190, police said.
