A judge is allowing a defamation lawsuit against Netflix over the limited series "Baby Reindeer" to move forward.

Netflix has failed in a bid to have the £132 million defamation lawsuit over hit show Baby Reindeer thrown out by a judge.

Fiona Harvey had originally sought up to $170 million from Netflix in a June lawsuit.
