Judy Garland's Daughter Lorna Luft Praises “Wicked” as 'Breathtaking' and 'Everything I Wanted It to Be'
Garland, who died in 1969 at age 47, starred in the 1939 classic adaptation of L. Frank Baum’s The Wonderful Wizard of Oz as Dorothy opposite Billie Burke as Glinda the Good Witch and Margaret Hamilton as Almira Gulch and the Wicked Witch of the West.
That is the focus of her new show Lorna Luft: GRATEFUL, which had its premiere last night at 54 Below. This is her seventh appearance on the 54 Below stage, and she has the fans to prove it.
Wicked: Part One has the potential to be a huge box-office success. The film’s box office trends are nearly similar to the previous big releases Inside Out 2 and Deadpool and Wolverine.
